SAYE MAI DHOOP - BY DUSHYANT KUMAR

Ho gayi hai peer parvat si pighlni chahiye,
Iss himalaya sai koi ganga nikalni chahiye.
Aaj yai dewar, pardo ki tarah hilne lagi,
Shart lekin thi ki yai buniyad hilni chahiye.
Har sadak pr, Har gali main, Har nagar, Har gaon main,
Hath lehrate hue har lash chalni chahiye.

ANNIHILATION OF CASTE - BY DR. B. R. AMBEDKAR

Annihilation of Caste - It is not a book else it is basically a speech which Dr. B R. Ambedkar is going to deliver on annual conference of Jat-Pat-todal mandal of Lahore, Ironically before it is delivered the annual conference is cancelled. Reason stated behind it else different which they stated but main point is fear of Hindu's that is Dr. Ambedkar going to criticize the hindu religion based on caste discrimination practices which forced dalit community to live a life worst than animals.
It is a speech prepared by Dr. Ambedkar which laterally taken the shape of a book. Dr. Ambedkar in his speech criticise hindu society on caste discrimination and Hindu bigotary nature, which at that time shaken the root of hindu religion, and afraid of that so called hindu protector can't laid them to deliver him. Besides president of that time annual conference meeting of Jat-Pat-todal Mandal, afraid of there writing skill they choose simple path to cancel the conference.
Dr. Ambedkar always straight forward and furious in his writing. His writing always shows the path of enlightment to dalit.
People with different religion, caste, place admire and respect him, but at the same time afraid from the caste based society to whom they belong, they are discriminated by their own people if he publicly praise him.
This is the base of that time Jat-Pat -todal  mandal annual conference meeting cancellation. People around conference know that the sppech delivered by Dr. Ambedkar is true in all respect but fear of loosing the base and freighted by their own people exclamation, these people let cancellation of the conference.

But, time changes and with the passage of time many Dalit leaders tried to fight against this Hindu orthodox society. They have sowed the seeds and with their struggle and hard work, Now it taken the shape of giant tree. Here, we are specifically talking about the founding father of constitution Bharat Ratna Babasaheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar.

History knows that people express their feelings in different manner like storey telling, autobiography, biography and poetic form. But as you see in Dalit Literature you find their is scarcity of each topics. It might has several reasons like, -
1.People are not much qualified.
2.There is lack of capability in them. Or
3. No existence of intellectual.
But suddenly you found about the Mahatma Phule, Dr B.R.Ambedkar etc. And you realise something very scary is happening, and then If you go in details then you know people are enemy of dalits they don't even treat them like human being, So they tried to downgrade the power of Dalits. As I say - If you want to erase life of people then erase their history, which is the moto behind it. Just erase their history.
About the BookA poetic narrative of dalit atrocities is painfully written by Omprakash Valmiki. This is pain of people which they face from centuries.
This is struggle of people which in time being taken the shape of a book. When you go through this book you find discrimination and intolerance in the society which is core of Valmiki writing.

Ghuspaithiye (घुसपैठिए) By Omprakash Valmiki

A Collection of stories by Omprakash Valmiki that deals with the different types of challenges face by the dalit community.
In Maharashtra last year a girl name
Dr. Payal Tadvi committed a suicide, due to over ragging and caste based discrimination by her colleagues. This is shocking for the whole dalit community. Earlier, we have seen a Bengaluru based scholar Rohit Vemula which also commit suicide due to similar issues. This chain of incident in India is frequently seen. After so many years of India's Independence people will not understand the need of reservations and in which terms this affirmative action is provided. This whole acclaim educated society is not even understand the basic of equality and humanity.
About the Book - When I heard this incident of Maharashtra girl, I have remembered the Omprakash Valmiki ghuspaithiye in which he describe about the same incident. This book tell you more about these type of incident which is taking in our society.
How the people face them and in some cases hide them? How some people struggle and how some use these poor and vulnerable communities for their benefit? This book contains more than I write here, a must read.

Blood shed in the democratic country with their on people is big dent on Indian democracy. The steps of government to counter them with welfare schemes and various forces is all in vain as situation is getting worse and some time in control because of the local politics and benefits of the big giant player in this region as it dominates the largest region of India's mineral resources.
